10 a.m. to 3 p.m. - Nutrition Educators Training, Adair County Extension Center, Kirksville, MO. This event has a registration fee.
4 to 10 p.m. - Free trade show. Something for everyone. Our trade show is the largest agricultural-based trade show in the Midwest.
6 p.m. - Free co-sponsored beef supper. Thanks to our generous program co-sponsors.
7 p.m. - Evening program begins in the auditorium. Livestock Person of the Year presentation, Agriculture Educator of the Year award presentation and Keynote Speaker Dr. Temple Grandin, the most famous person with autism in the world. She is also famous for her groundbreaking approach to decoding animal behavior and how it helps you handle livestock safely and effectively.
8 a.m to 5 p.m. - Free Trade Show continues.
9 a.m. to 5 p.m. - Free Educational Programs. We have one of the best educational programs in the country for anyone interested in the production of livestock and forages. Eight different topics every hour. Forty-eight top -notch speakers, forty-eight different topics, including beef, sheep, meat goats, stock dogs, forages, horses, farm management, stock dogs, healthy habits, horticulture and women in agriculture topics.
12 p.m. to 2 p.m. - Free Governors-style Luncheon. Thanks to our state's many commodity groups and area businesses.
2 p.m. to 5 p.m. - Educational programs continue. Eight different topics every hour.
